Who is responsible

What we collect
Applications include identity and contact details, country, adult-age confirmation, language and locale, availability, experience, referral information, consent records and qualification responses, results and timing. Client inquiries are stored separately. We do not request your date of birth.
Why we use it
We use application information for contributor recruitment, language assessment, contributor management and project matching. Optional opportunity updates are separate from recruitment consent. Client inquiry information is used to respond to the inquiry. The applicable legal bases must be confirmed in the final notice.
Assessment and human review
Assessments may include automatic scoring. Free-text and ambiguous answers require human review. Contact us to request review of an assessment decision; no qualification result guarantees paid work.
Access and service providers
Authorized administrators can access recruitment information. Supabase provides database and authentication services; Resend delivers transactional email; Netlify hosts the site when deployed. Hosting regions, processing agreements and any international transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
Retention

Your choices and rights

Admin sign-in uses essential session cookies. No third-party analytics is enabled by default. Access is restricted and information is processed through server-side validation.
